Quarantine Recipes Potatoes Edition (Easy to Make)
WHY POTATOES? : It’s cheap! Easy to store! Easy to find! Delicious! In times like this where we cannot go out for groceries as often sticking with potatoes as one of the vegetables with the longest storage-life is much more convenient.
❀ Ingredients : 2-3 Potatoes, 2-3 eggs, 3-4 tsp corn starch, ciboulette, salt, pepper, oil
❀ Utensils : Fry pan, spoon, bowl, shredder, knife, mold (optional)
Prep Time: 15mins Total Time: 45mins
❀ Steps :
Wash and remove the skin from potatoes.
Shred potatoes and wash with cold water.
Add corn starch, salt, pepper, ciboulette and eggs.
Mix everything together.
Add oil and heat up.
Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful and put it in the pan.
Lighty press to flatten and turn when it’s color is golden.
Repeat until done.
If you made too much it’s totally ok! Save it for the next meal!

❀ Utensils : Fry pan, bowl, shredder, knife, chopping board
Prep Time: 10mins Total Time: 15mins
❀ Steps :
Wash all ingredients!
Shred the potatoes and carrots.
Chop garlic into thin pieces.
Wash them with cold water.
Add oil in fry pan and heat up.
Add potatoes and carrots in fry pan. Stir until soft.
Add garlic and stir.
Put everything into a bowl and let it cool for 2 mins.
Add ciboulette, vinegar and salt. Mix.
